1. Delivery Areas
We currently deliver across all districts of Bangladesh, including:
- Inside Dhaka
- Outside Dhaka
- Remote areas (delivery time may be longer)
2. Delivery Time

1 â 3 working days
đ Outside Dhaka:
3 â 7 working days
Delivery time may vary depending on:
- Weather conditions
- Courier workload
- Remote or hard-to-reach areas
- National holidays or strikes
We always try to deliver as fast as possible.
3. Shipping Charges
Inside Dhaka:
ā§ŗ 60â100 (depends on product size/weight)
Outside Dhaka:
ā§ŗ 120â150 (depends on product size/weight)
Shipping charge will be shown during checkout.
4. Order Confirmation
After you place an order:
- Our team will call or message you for confirmation
- Only confirmed orders are shipped
- If you do not respond within a certain time, your order may be delayed or canceled

5. Courier Partners
We deliver through trusted courier services such as:
- Pathao
- Steadfast
- Sundarban Courier
- RedX
- SA Paribahan (for selected items)
Courier partner selection depends on your location and product type.
6. Cash on Delivery (COD)
All shipments are delivered with Cash on Delivery.
You will pay the delivery person when the product reaches your doorstep.
7. Delivery Attempts
Courier will attempt delivery up to 2 times.
If the customer is unavailable or unreachable, the order may be returned to us.
To avoid delays:
- Keep your phone active
- Provide full address
- Respond to courier calls
8. Damaged or Missing Items
If your product is damaged, broken, or missing:
- Take a clear photo/video immediately
- Do not throw away the package
- Contact us within 24 hours of delivery
We will arrange a replacement or solution as per our Return & Refund Policy.
9. Wrong Address / Unreachable Customer
JaisLifestyle is not responsible for delays or failed delivery if:
- Address is incorrect or incomplete
- Phone number is unreachable
- Customer does not answer courier calls
